Mantix is ready for real plants, and we want our first sites to be ones we can look after properly. So we're onboarding a small cohort, each with its critical assets tagged and its crew trained by us, before we open more widely.

Who it's for

Utility, energy, manufacturing and facilities sites in the Philippines with roughly 50–2,000 assets
Teams running maintenance on paper, spreadsheets or chat groups, or on an ERP that the crew doesn't actually use in the field
A maintenance lead who can give us two hours a week during setup

Not for: sites that only want a demo to compare quotes, or that can't put tags on their assets in the next two months.

What you get

Your asset register imported, with criticality agreed with you
NFC tags applied to your critical assets, and isolation points recorded where permits are needed
Task lists and PM plans for the critical assets, by calendar or by meter
Training on their own screens for planners, supervisors, technicians and storekeepers
A direct line to the people building Mantix: what you ask for shapes the roadmap

Terms

List price: ₱20,000 per site per month (introductory) plus a per-asset fee, confirmed after the fit call. No pilot discount, so nobody pays less later than you did.
Included: setup, import and tagging of critical assets.
Refund: if Mantix hasn't earned its keep after 60 days, we refund the site fee.

How selection works

You apply (3 minutes). Tell us about your last breakdown.
We hold a 30-minute fit call about your plant. No slides.
If it's a fit for both sides, we confirm your seat and agree the start week.
Onboarding: weeks 1–4, live on your floor.
